Description:
Two Blue Ridge Southern Potteries Cock O' The Morn tab handle or lug soup cereal bowls. I believe these are very difficult to find. They measure about 1 ¾ inches in height and about 7 inches across at the lug handles. They are ink stamped under the glaze as follows: (Blue Ridge Southern Potteries Inc. Hand Painted Underglaze Made In U.S.A. 13B). I have heard that the textured look on the fronts of these bowls was achieved by lining the molds with burlap. These bowls are in very good condition. I note no cracks, chips nor repairs. They will be package securely and shipped insured USPS Priority Mail.
