Blue Ridge Southern Potteries Showgirl pattern dinner plates set of four
Sole Sister Vintage has uncovered yet another FABulous FIND!
One of the great things about Blue Ridge china is that you can mix patterns, and yet they'll still look great together.
Of course, these four are all the same pattern, i.e. the rare-ish Showgirl pattern.
You're getting four of them, all in great shape, only imperfections are that a) in the glazing process, some of the ink migrated a bit on two of the plates (factory flaw; see closeup photos) and there's some crazing. Normal for ceramics this old.
Each plate measures 9.25" in diameter.
Note that I'm also selling dessert bowls in this pattern.
And also note that I'm selling some Homer Laughlin this week, in the Colonial Kitchen pattern.
And note yet again that I'm selling some ultra-rare Fondeville Ambassador ware cabinet plates, to wit a 1933 set designed by Walter R. Duff entitled the 'International Toasts Series,' each of which shows two gents from six different countries drinking together and toasting one another, i.e. 'Prosit!' for Germany, etc. etc. Neat stuff.

We love love LOVE the people who buy from us. LOVE THEM. So the following
is
intended to ensure we're all on the same page, therefore allowing the love to flow more readily.
About 99.9% of the stuff we sell is old, antiquey, pre-owned or a combination thereof.
We take oodles of care evaluating condition and report everything that we see.
That said,
there are no refunds unless an item has been grossly misrepresented,
, (which, like, never hap
pens)
.
We love you, as previously mentioned, and we want you to love what you buy from us. Therefore, if you have any questions at all about condition, size, color, how we like our pizza, what our favorite movie is, why we still don't have cable --WHATEVER QUESTIONS
YOU HAVE -- email us!!
AND if it's a question about an item we're selling,
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE
ask
prior

Payment must be in our hot little hands within
7
days of end of auction. We will send you a reminder 4 days after the auction ends, if payment has not yet been received. This is NOT an attempt to intimidate you -- remember, we
LOVE
you. It's just a reminder, which is something we all need now and then.
Note that if you're not a PayPal fan, I offer other payment options - email me for info
.
We ship on Mondays and Thursdays only

We spend the rest of our time seeking out wonderful items for YOU.
We have taken a graduate-level class in packing stuff from an eBayer with, like, a 194,999,339 feedback rating. And even though she gave us an A+ for the class, that doesn't mean that the folks at the post office won't mistakenly break or lose your item. Therefore,
insurance is greatly encouraged, since we would be devastated if anything happened to your stuff. And sadly, if you don't insure and something goes wrong, we can't be held responsible since a) we wrap like champs, really and b) we can't ride in the truck with the USPS people, so we can't prevent anything from happening on their end
.
Lastly, we LOVE you and want you to have a happy, healthy and prosperous 2019!
