If your package is being returned to sender for an invalid address, failure to pick up, refusal, or similar reasons, it may take much longer than the original shipping timeframe for it to be returned to us. This is due to such returns being routed via a much slower service. This will greatly speed up the returns process and  your eventual refund.
International Returns: If the return is for seller fault, we have no means with which to provide you a prepaid return label. Because of this, you will need to contact us for return authorization and provide us with a receipt to show the return postage. We will reimburse you for this cost via PayPal.

Our standard international shipment is by International 1st Class Mail. For larger or more expensive items, the item will be sent by International priority mail. If you want faster delivery or a tracking number, please upgrade to International Express Mail.
