Most items are shipped within one business day unless otherwise specified in the item listing. In-stock items purchased before 12 p.m. Mountain Time ship same day. You'll get an automated shipping email when your package ships.

International Shipping
NOTE: Import duties, taxes and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and will be collected by your local postal service or Delivery Company. Our standard international shipment is by International 1st Class Mail. For larger or more expensive items, the item will be sent by International priority mail. Those services have a customs number but no tracking number. Both of those services can take up to 4 or 5 weeks unless there are customs delays which will extend the delivery time.
If you want faster delivery or a tracking number, please upgrade to International Express Mail.
Because of different package requirements we might not be able to ship to your country for larger items.

Return Policy
We understand that returns and exchanges can often be a hassle. That is why we try to make things as easy as possible for our valued customers. We will gladly accept returns for refund or exchange within 30 days. Please contact us through the eBay messaging system to request return authorization for you order. Please include your ebay user ID in your email for reference. After 30 days you can use your manufactures warranty if one is included with the product purchased.
Returns of non-defective products may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Non-defective exchanges for different products than were originally purchased may also be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Non-defective products must be unopened to be eligible for return. For all returns the customer must assume shipping and handling costs back to our facility. myGoods will pay for shipping exchanges back to the customer. All returns without the proper authorization from myGoods are subject to return to buyer.
