- New, unused gear must be returned in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable.
- We will not accept the return of gear, bikes, or bike frames damaged due to negligence or abuse.

Though we are pretty dialed, occasionally something slips through the cracks. Should we make an error while sending out your order, please reach out so we can send you a return label and get the error corrected quickly.
Tree Fort Bikes will accept any return of a product in its original, undamaged packaging. Products must be received in brand-new, unused condition as you would expect to receive the item. Returns are accepted for 30 days past the delivery date.
Should an item be received back outside of the above condition it will be assessed a restocking fee of the amount of discount needed to resell it, if the item is resellable. Should you not wish to complete the return of the out of policy item with a restocking fee after we receive your item, we will gladly ship it back to you provided you wish to purchase outbound shipping.
Returns are started through your My eBay page by viewing your purchase history and you will have the option to print a return label there. Return labels are simply deducted from the return amount.
