When will my item be sent?
All our items are dispatched Monday to Friday. Item will be dispatched once full payment is received. Payments received before 3pm will be sent the same working day, any payments received after 3pm will be processed the next working day.
Can I Return my item(s)?
We are happy to accept and refund any Unused items/Goods deemed faulty on inspection from ourselves within 30 days of receipt with all original tags and packaging intact. For more infrmation on our returns Please See our Returns Page for more information
Do I ship Internationally?
Yes we do send items internationally to Countries all over the World. Once the item leaves the UK it will be then passed on to your local Postal Service for delivery
How Do I Pay?
We only accept PayPal as the method of payment as ths is the quickest, easiest and safest way to pay on eBay. Immediate Payment must be made at Checkout once you have finished shopping and finalised your basket. Your total price will be calculated at checkout including any postage discounts.
Are all item(s) New?
All items are 100% New and unused and are all 100% Genuine direct from the Brands as we hold all accounts for the items we sell.
Can I Change my Order?
Wherever possible we will try and change your order if you have made a mistake before the item has been shipped, unfortumately if the item has been shipped already we cannot make an amendment and you will need to return the goods on receipt.
I have received an Incorect or faulty item?
Please return the item(s) to ourselves via the eBay returns process/Information on delivery note and once we receive back we can issue a full refund for the order
