Shipping Procedure & Policy
Most items are shipped within one business day unless otherwise specified in the item listing. In-stock items purchased before 12 p.m. Mountain Time ship same day. You'll get an automated shipping email when your package ships.

International Shipping
NOTE: Import duties, taxes and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and will be collected by your local postal service or Delivery Company. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
Our standard international shipment is by International 1st Class Mail. For larger or more expensive items, the item will be sent by International priority mail. Those services have a customs number but no tracking number. Both of those services can take up to 4 or 5 weeks unless there are customs delays which will extend the delivery time.
If you want faster delivery or a tracking number, please upgrade to International Express Mail.
Because of different package requirements we might not be able to ship to your country for larger items.

Shipping & Handling
Most orders placed during the workweek before 1:30 pm EST ship the same day, but in rare cases (peak season/holiday periods) handling time can take up to 48 hours. If you have questions regarding shipping estimates, please let us know prior to placing your order. There is a direct signature requirement for all orders over 0.

**Shipments Outside the US** - Customs and import fees are not covered. Orders shipped with International First Class service may take up to 6 weeks. Delivery time on average is 2-4 weeks, but please expect that if US customs or your country’s customs clearance delays the package then we ask that you wait a full 6 weeks. Your cooperation with inquiring with your local customs office on its arrival is appreciated.

365 Cycles offers Free Domestic Returns for 30 days on new items in their original, intact packaging. Please be sure to read our return policy entirely and if you have any questions, please contact Customer Service.
Customers outside of the United States are not eligible for free returns. Return shipping for international orders are to be paid by the buyer.
Full refunds are issued on items that are brand new and we are able to resell as new. 365 Cycles reserves the right to deny returns that are outside of policy including, but not limited to, used items, items missing original packaging, items with damaged manufacturer packaging, or international orders. You will be contacted through eBay if your return is ineligible for a full refund.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days from purchase date through your Purchase History under My eBay. You will be provided with a convenient and free shipping label to return your item.
