This is a used ION U Record USB Audio Recording Kit, in the original box with manuals, disc, and cable.  I used this to digitize some old cassettes, and it worked fine for that.  The hardware piece has RCA jacks to connect to most audio sources, as well as a ground port and a level control.  I found the level control to be fairly useful.  I tested in use on an old Windows 7 system, not sure what else it will work with, but it seemed to get recognized by the system without much trouble.  It comes complete with manuals, software disk, and USB cable, in the original packaging.
