Very nice Mats Janosson Sweden lead crystal Eagle figurine in great new condition, this sculpture is signed and does not show much wear, it came with several other pieces from the same designer, this piece is signed on the bottom, please look at my other listings if you can

Here is a lovely Mats Jonasson crystal etching sculpture of a dolphin porpoise from the Signature Collection. The piece is full lead crystal and made in Sweden. It is 3.75 inches tall and 3 5/8 inches across at the widest point by 1.25 inches deep. Signed on the bottom: M J, Sweden, 3564. Excellent condition with no chips, cracks, repairs, or stains, was only stored and not used. Will quickly ship USPS. Love to combine shipping. Thanks.
History: Mats Jonasson Maleras is home to traditional Swedish glass crafts and strong Swedish artistic tradition, while representing a new generation of designers and craftsmen. Mats Jonasson Maleras creates both top quality household glassware and a unique form of art glass. Mats Jonasson’s talent as a designer attracted attention early on when he started work as an apprentice engraver at the glass works in 1959. Over the next decades he worked with many of the most respected contemporary glass artists in Sweden. During this period, he developed that natural style of his which he has since perfected.
