MOTU 2408 Full Recording System - Mark of the Unicorn.
For sale is a FULL RECORDING SYSTEM! The Mark of the Unicorn (M.O.T.U.) 2408 system. This includes the following:
-PCI 424 Card
-(1) 2408 (mark I) Rack unit
-(2) 2408 (mark II) Rack units
-(3) "Firewire" type cables that run from computer card to rack units
I used this system for years on my Windows PC and it worked flawlessly. I have recently streamlined my home studio and am using a digital mixer which works as the interface so I don't need this system any more.
I am the original owner and it has worked very well for me for several years.
I believe this system works with both Mac and PC but I have only used with Windows PC system.
This is a very flexible system and has many ins/outs for just about any application.
I'll answer any questions that I am able.

User observation...
The sound by this DPWC800 is very better than using Creative AE-7 Soundcard (Using headphones).
It is more stronger and clean (and using AE-7 already it it fine)!
And this product use the DVD ROM Bay on chassi 5820 and The power cable and Satta cable come installed from factory
(it is free for use in the workstation to install another DVD extra driver or DPWC800).
You must only install the USB Cable in the USB 2.0 Header (motherboard). This cable is included with device.
