NU-VU’s PRO-16 Floor model proofer has a stainless steel exterior and tempered glass doors for full view of your product. A manual fill water pan located at the bottom of the unit provides the humidity, while the fan provides uniform distribution of heat and humidity. The PRO-16 has a capacity of 16 full size pans and 32 half-size pans.

This item is available for local pick up or we can arrange delivery within the Chicago land area for a nominal charge. We also ship nationally/internationally. The buyer assumes all shipping costs.
Please Note: We will ship all of our items by LTL freight truck unless otherwise noted in the listed. If you need a lift gate delivery or it is being delivered to a residential address, you must notify us PRIOR to the item being shipped. There are additional charges for those services and it must be added to the shipping total. We will need a business name, address and phone # prior to shipping. This information is required by the freight company. If item arrives to the location and the packaging is visibly damaged, pictures of the packaging must be taken and sent to us within 24 hours and shipment is to be refused. If the packaging is not visibly damaged but when opened the item is damaged, we are to be contacted within 24 hours of receiving the item along with pictures of item and/or packaging.

Once you have
placed your order through eBay
and have
paid
for it, we will move all used items into our shop for inspection and testing.  Unless your item is designated as non-working in the eBay ad, we will make sure that it is working in proper order prior to shipping. This takes 2 to 3 business days from when its paid for, depending on the number of orders ahead of yours.  This is a free service we offer to give you the best quality product for your money.  If you don't want it tested and shipped out immediately "as is", just send us a message through eBay instructing us to do so.
