When collecting headvases I didn’t add to my collection many full lady planters but some proved so irresistible that I had no choice and this one is a perfect example of what I am saying...
The gown, the color with that almost aquatic design so totally unique, the size (proportions) and the elegance that comes across represents the 1950's beautifully.
Her presence in person is just wonderful and she really enhances and becomes a real conversation piece when used as a table center displayed with a small planter with flowers inserted which I have done to amazing comments...and she also displays beautifully just by herself too.
Excellent condition, no chips, no cracks no crazing, and the colors are AMAZING!!!
,,Very clean inside and out, I don’t think she was ever used as a planter other than by me and I made sure that all the inside surfaces were protected so she remains as clean as she was when she was born.

easures 8-1/4" tall, 6-1/2" wide, 5-1/2" deep
.. stamped on the bottom under glaze Japan in black letters...Not 100% sure who was the manufacturer/distributor but for some reason I just have the feeling that she could be a Relpo gal.
As mentioned above, this is a wonderful very special and rare model that could join a collection, enhance one of headvases and at the same time display own her own with beautiful potted flowers or just greens in a small plastic pot
