Vintage Lipper Mann Head Vase Blonde Flowers Bow Stripes

Vintage Lipper Mann Head Vase.
Cute Blonde Lady with a hat adorned with a atriped bow and flowers.  She is wearing a matching tie.
6' tall.
She shows normal wear on the bottom and most of the label is missing. The opening to the vase have some minor flea bites and where. This can be seen in pictures.
There is no guarantee it is from a pet or smoke-free home.
Overall this is in good pre-owned vintage condition.
Up for sale is this pottery head vase. She is about 6 inches tall and about 7 inches wide. There is some crazing due to age. There is also a small nick on the ruffle top (see pic). I see no cracks.
