This auction is for a Blue Ridge Pottery demi cup and saucer in the "Fairmeade Fruit" pattern on the clinchfield blank.
Remember this pottery item is between 63 and 80 years old and is in vintage used condition which includes factory flaws. I have made every effort to call these flaws. Blue Ridge Carnival Serving Pieces
Beautiful handpainted oval form serving platter, dinner plate, and 3 saucers in the Carnival
pattern
on a candlewick edge
by Blue Ridge Southern Potteries.
Measure:
Platter: 13 1/4" long; 10" wide
Saucers: 6" in diameter
Plate: 9 1/4" in diameter
Good original condition. There is overall wear and surface scratching, mostly to the platter
one area of glaze wear/staining on the back of the platter. There is light surface scratching, a very tiny chip, and an underglaze X shaped hairline on the back of the plate.
Additionally, each saucer has very tiny chip(s) on the back edge. There are also expected manufacturing imperfections.
Only the dinner plate is marked.
